Loading the latest probe results.
Every service is probed from our servers every 5 minutes, around the clock, and the result is
kept for 90 days. That is what the bars show — one per day, green when every probe that day
passed. An incident opens by itself after two failed probes in a row and closes by itself
when the service answers again; nobody has to remember to post it.
Degraded means the service answered but something behind it did
not — for example the cTrader background sync running late. Down
means it did not answer at all. Degraded time counts as half up in the percentages.
Your journal keeps working offline either way: trades are stored on your device and sync
once the connection is back, and missed broker trades are fetched on the next successful sync.
Is one of your connections not syncing? In the app, Settings → Auto Tracking
shows the status of each of your accounts, including a P&L check against your broker.
